There was a problem validating the license because the Operating System identification seems to have changed - Unity+ WIndows 10 Fix

I recently upgraded my OS to Windows 10 and tried to launch Unity. I was welcomed by the following message which said, "There was a problem validating the license because the Operating System identification seems to have changed." I tried to google for the solution, as everyone does. I couldn't find any solution though, and hence decided to look to solve the issue myself. To my good fortune, the solution was simple enough.

If you have the Reactivate button enabled like the one in the image below,

There was a problem validating the license because the Operating System identification seems to have changed

then you just need to click on the button and you are done.

In case, the button is not enabled, you just need to click on the smiley, which you see on the top right of the image above. It will ask you to sign in to your Unity account, once you sign in, the Reactivate button will be enabled and clicking on it will validate the new OS.
Once it validates the OS, it will ask you to choose the Unity edition, Professional or Personal. Choose whichever is relevant and click Next. Agree to the disclaimers and you're done.

See you around.
